Fiona qualified as a Physiotherapist from UCD in 1984. She worked in the Meath Hospital for 7 years. During this time she rotated in departments and was acting senior in orthopaedics & out-patients. Fiona studied and graduated in 1994 from the British College of Acupuncture and now works as a Physiotherapist specialising in acupuncture and musculoskeletal treatments. The conditions that Fiona treats include acute and chronic neck, back and joint ailments, sports injuries, headaches, migraine, menstrual conditions, sinusitis, M.E., fibromyalgia , stress and other systemic ailments.“When someone has an injury or ailment acupuncture can be used as an anti-inflammatory agent and for pain relief. If the injury or ailment is not recovering, further examination can reveal where the patient’s energy is stuck or deficient preventing healing. Sometimes nutrition advice is necessary to augment the patient’s energy and advice re lifestyle or activity changes. Acupuncture can also help the vague states of exhaustion and poor health which often have no clear medical explanation.”

Home Visits

We provide a Home Visit service in the South Dublin area to those who are unable to attend the clinic. This includes treatment in the patient's own home, nursing home or convalescence home. Our aim is to restore function and enable patients attend the clinic to complete their treatment. Conditions treated:

It keeps you connected to yourself, grounded, calm and gives you the ability to deal with the busy world we live in and all the situations that arise on a daily basis.Judi practices Hatha and Contemporary Yoga and is a fully qualified and insured instructor with Yoga Therapy Ireland. Golf Fitness Assessment

Golf Fitness Assessments cover every aspect of golf specific fitness. Everything from stability, mobility, to strength training for golf will be covered. If you are interested in understanding more about your golf swing and your body – click on www.mytpi.com. After this assessment we calculate a golf fitness handicap which should correlate with your golf handicap. A tailor made fitness programme will be assigned to you to help you get your fitness handicap and golf handicap down.
